The 2006 Concourse 2100 from Chinook RV/Trail Wagons Inc. comes with a Ford Chassis. It comes with a Ford 6.8L gas or turbodiesel engine, a 138” wheelbase and a 4.56: 1 axle ratio. It comes ahead with its 5-speed automatic transmission. At 37 gallons, its fuel capacity is smaller compared to other RVs, which come with fuel capacities of up to 55 gallons.
On the outside, the coach is 21’ wide, 7’7” wide and 9’11” high, while its interior height is 6’5”. The exterior walls and roof are made of fiberglass with fiberglass and wood. The primary insulation is made of polystyrene foam with undercoated plywood for its underbelly. Other features include window blinds and carpeting.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a high-output 3-burner stove and a Dometic 6-cubic foot refrigerator, with an option to have an oven installed. Power source is 120 AC, 12 DC or LPG with an option to have an Onan 4.0 kW generator installed. Air-conditioning and satellite dish installations are optional. It has a standard 16,000 BTU furnace and a solar-power system. Its freshwater capacity is at 32 gallons and a 6-gallon water-heater capacity. The beds come at 72”x32”, 68”x36” and 84” x 72”. The model comes with 3 floor plans so you get to choose the design you want. You can also opt to install additional bells and whistles such as a flat-screen TV, tile flooring and a 12-volt heater holding tank. Both chassis and coach come with a 3-year or 36,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first.
